Obituary of Manuela Castro

Manuela Castro, age 93 of Pennsauken, passed away at her home on April 13, 2022.

She is the beloved wife of almost 70 years to Raudo; Devoted mother of Raudo Castro (Ruth Lamouth), Ruth Ortega (Eddy), David Castro (Patria Ynfante), Esperanza Castro, Reynaldo Castro, Omar Castro, and Eddy Ortega; Loving grandmother of 13 and great grandmother of 33.

Manuela will be always remembered for her devout faith, her relationship with God, her joy and love for her family and dedication to her husband and her children.  She was a member of the Iglesia Evangelica Dominicana and upon moving to the USA was a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church for 31 years.  Manuela cherished spending time with her family, loved flowers and was always singing throughout the day, especially when cooking.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Thursday, April 21 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 AM.  Interment will follow at Bethel Memorial Park in Pennsauken.
