Obituary of Dorothy A. Cerone
Dorothy A. Cerone (nee Laurito) age 92 years of Pennsauken, passed away peacefully on September 12, 2022.
Beloved wife of the late Frank Savoia and Walter Cerone. Devoted mother of Carolyn Hosier, Jeanne Cona (Blaise), Martha Cafarelli (Richard), Donna O'Shea (John), David Cerone (Donna), Rose Price (Jeffrey), Carol Mrozowski (Greg) and MaryJo Carmeglia (Vincent). Loving grandmother of Michelle, Blaise, Joseph, Mikayla, Dana, Olivia, Emily, Shane, Sydney and Gavin and great grandmother of Charlotte. Dear sister of the late Nicholas Laurito (the late Sis). Also survived by niece, Lisa, nephews, Nicholas and James and her cat, Boots.
Dorothy was an active longtime parishioner of St. Stephen's Church in Pennsauken and was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society. She loved music, dancing, all animals and traveling. Most of all, Dorothy cherished time spent with her family.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Friday, September 16, 2022 from 8:30-10 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM at the Church of St. Stephen, 6306 Browning Road, Pennsauken, NJ 08109. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorial donations to the church at the above address.
