Obituary of Nery Benitez
Nery Benitez, age 87 years of Pennsauken, formerly of Camden passed away peacefully at home on November 12, 2022.
Devoted mother of Betty Elias, Enrique Mendoza, Luz M. Gonzalez (Carlos), Cristina Maldonado-Rivera (Gilbert), Amado Maldonado Jr. (Carmen), Mayra Torres (Frank), Felipe Maldonado, Eriverto Maldonado (Evelyn) and Maritza Cruz (Stan). Loving grandmother and great grandmother of many. Dear sister of Haydee Benitez, Sonia Gonzalez (Miguel), Angel Gonzalez, Ismael Gonzalez and the late Carmen Benitez, Luis Gonzalez and Genoveva Benitez. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Nery was a devout Christian. She enjoyed shopping, music and Spanish television. Most of all, Nery was devoted to her family and loved family gatherings.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Friday, November 18, 2022 from 9:30-11 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM. Interment will follow at Arlington Cemetery in Pennsauken.
