Obituary of Evelyn C. Meccariello
Evelyn C. Meccariello (nee Miller) age 94 years of Pennsauken, passed away on November 30, 2022.
Beloved wife of the late Armand L. Devoted mother of Donna (Dave), Jim, Stephen and Marianne (Steve). Loving grandmother of Rebecca, Amy, Adam, Brad, Shawn, Kevin, John, Chris and Stephen and great grandmother of Nicholas, Dionna, Olivia, Angelo, Jenna, Salvatore, Evelyn, Nicholas and Anthony. Dear sister of Joan Ummarino and the late Georgia O'Kane and Harry Miller. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Evelyn worked part time as a florist. She enjoyed arts and crafts and took pride in her homemade projects she would give to family and friends. Evelyn liked traveling with her husband and trips to the casinos. She spent many summers at the campground down the shore just outside of Sea Isle City, where many family members would gather and make memories. Most of all, Evelyn loved to entertain and cherished time spent with family.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 from 6-8 PM and Wednesday, December 7, 2022 from 9-10 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM at the Church St. Stephen, 6300 Browning Road in Pennsauken. Interment will follow at Bethel Memorial Park in Pennsauken. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Orchard Friend's School, 405 Linden Ave Riverton, NJ 08077.
