Obituary of Earl L. Parker
Earl L. Parker, age 79 years of Pennsauken, formerly of Camden, passed away on April 14, 2023.
Born in Gretna, VA on February 17, 1944 to the late Johnnie Parker and Polly (nee Ward). Beloved husband of Marian E. (nee Brown) for 50 years. Devoted father of Allison Parker-Doyle (Brian) and the late LaQuinne Parker and step father of Drusilla "Dru" Burns (LeVord) and Vernon Chubb. Loving grandfather of Isiah, Nathaniel, Brian Jr., Kyara, Alyssa, Maya, Mark, Tiffany, Maya and Scott. Dear brother of Louise Adams, Geraldine Miller and the late Alonso Parker (Geneva), Fred Parker, James Parker, Dorothy Morton and Berta Ann Lassiter. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and a host of extended family members.
Earl found Christ at an early age, and was baptized at Jasper United Methodist Church in Gretna, VA. Prior to retirement, Earl was self employed as a truck driver for many years. He also worked at the Pennsauken Country Club as a golf ranger. In his spare time, Earl loved to golf.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Saturday, April 22, 2023 from 1-2 PM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at 2 PM. Final disposition will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to:
