Obituary of Rene J. Camacho Adames
Rene J. Camacho Adames, age 69 years of Camden, passed away peacefully at home on April 15, 2023.
Beloved husband of the late Gloria Cuevas. Devoted father of Maggie Salas and her husband Orlando and Nancy Lezcano and her husband Gabriel. Loving grandfather of Amanda Lezcano, Eric Lezcano, Orlando Salas Jr. (Marcos Richardson), Gabriel Salas and Magaly Stutchman (Michael) and great grandfather of Isaiah and Elijah. Dear brother of Jorge Caban and Adelaida Vega.
Prior to retirement, Rene worked at Dependable Distribution in Pennsauken for 21 years. He enjoyed fishing, trips to the casinos and betting on the horses at the racetrack. Rene also liked watching western movies and some of his favorite shows were Exatlon, Lets Make a Deal and Wheel of Fortune. He was fond of traveling with family and road trips, but most of all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 from 6-8 PM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at 8 PM. Final disposition will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Samaritan Hospice, P.O. Box 71425 Philadelphia, PA 19176.
