Obituary of Arthur W. Deaner Jr.
Arthur W. Deaner, Jr. "Skeet" and "Papa Bear" age 86 years of Camden, passed away peacefully at home on February 17, 2024.
Beloved husband of Jeannette (nee Gillespie). Devoted father of Adam (Bonnie) Deaner, Edward Deaner and Lonny (Esther) Norman. Loving grandfather of Arthur III and great grandfather of Asia and Arthur IV. Dear brother of Philip Deaner, Joann Reese and the late Catherine Sinclair and Libby Gasiorowski. Also survived by his fishing buddy, Lewis Davis and his friends, Mary Roak, Marion Leach, Cat Willis, and Theresa Purk.
Prior to retirement, Arthur was employed with the DMV for 23 years. He was a United States Army Veteran and enjoyed fishing, traveling and tinkering.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Friday, February 23, 2024 from 9:30-11 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Camden Funeral Home, 3425 River Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM. Final disposition will be private.
