Obituary of Bernardine Ann Farrell-Melvin
Bernardine A. "Dee" Farrell-Melvin, age 79 years of Maple Shade, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on March 4, 2024.
Beloved wife of Jim T. Devoted mother of David Barton (Vicki). Loving grandmother of Tiffani, John, Matthew and Sara. Dear sister of the late Maureen Farrell. Cherished aunt of Christine and Meredith Stasey and great aunt of Rebecca Stasey and Marissa Roe.
Prior to retirement in 2010, Dee was employed with Cooper Hospital in Camden as an insurance adjuster for 34 years. She loved taking care of her animals and was an avid reader of cozy mysteries and Harry Potter.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Thursday, March 14, 2024 from 6-7:30PM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Rd, where a Memorial Service will be held at 7:30PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Alley Cat Allies, 7920 Norfolk Ave Suite 600 Bethesda, MD 20814-2525.
