Obituary of Gladys E. Colon

Gladys E. Colon, age 74 of Pennsauken, formerly of Camden, passed away on April 20, 2024 at Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden.  She was born on January 5, 1950 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico to the late Arcilio and Martina Serrano.

She is the beloved wife of the late Alexis Colon; devoted mother of Yazmin Gross (Clifford) and Widaliz Colon (Edwin Berrios); loving grandmother of Alexandra Delgado, Edwin Berrios Jr., Denisse Delgado, Edison Berrios, Jasenda Berrios, David Garcia Jr., and Jennifer Berrios; Cherished great grandmother of Zoraiya Berrios, Edwin Berrios III and Alianna Rose Bines; dear sister of Luz Pesara and Elba Serrano.

Gladys enjoyed cooking and her daily soduku puzzles.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Saturday from 9 to 10:30 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at 10:30.  Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill.
