Obituary of Francis A. Brady

Francis A. Brady, age 82 of Pennsauken, passed away at his home on June 3, 2024.  He was born on May 2, 1942 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Joseph and Esther (nee Ward).

He is the beloved husband of MaryAnn (nee Schiliro); devoted father of Gina Melilli (Rick), Francis (Linda) and Michael (Annette) Brady; loving grandfather of Michael, Patrick, Matthew, Ariel, Gavin, Carter, Madison, Joshua, Alex and Lauren and great grandfather of Jordan, Ayla and Mason.

Mr. Brady was a United States Army Veteran serving in Korea during the Vietnam War era.  He was employed by the US Department of Agriculture prior to his retirement.  Francis was a lifelong Philadelphia Eagles fan, enjoyed music and dancing the jitterbug, and spending time with his grandkids.  He was an avid collector, and over the years had large collections of hats, Hummel figurines and anything football related.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Friday, June 7, 2024 from 8:30 to 10:15 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM at the Church of the Sacred Heart, 4th and Linden Streets in Riverton.  Interment will take place privately at Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
