Obituary of Michael J. Mignogna

Michael J. Mignogna, age 69 years of Pennsauken, passed away peacefully on June 27, 2024.

Beloved husband of Florence M. Mignogna (nee Bruder).  Devoted father of Lilli “Tillie” Pieczara and her husband Scott and Rocco Mignogna and his wife Renee.  Loving poppop of Michael, Mackenzie, Miles, Gianna and Morgan and his honorary granddaughters, Devan and Madison.  Dear brother of Nancy Mignogna, Joyce Frazier and Jim Mignogna and his wife Sharon.  Also survived by his foster son, Steve Walker and his wife Tracy and a slew of beloved nieces and nephews.

Mike was a former truck driver and then a sanitation supervisor for Pennsauken Public Works.  He was the founder and coach for NJ Team Arm Wrestling, producing 3 World Champions.  Mike was also a Civil War re-enactor with the 12^th NJ Infantry Regiment.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, from 10-11 AM at the Immanuel Baptist Church, 6 S. Poplar Ave in Maple Shade, where a Memorial Service will be held at 11 AM.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mike’s name may be made to CHOP Foundation P.O.
