Luz, my deepest condolences on Ray’s passing. I will never forget how he took me under his wing when we worked together as SSA attorneys. I always looked up to him and tried to emulate his exceptional legal skills and character. He led by example on many levels. His guidance and coaching helped me become a judge. I will also cherish our friendship outside of the office, spending time at the gym, hanging out at happy hours, going to Phillies or Flyers games, and having great conversations. He was a brother to me. I will never forget Ray.
