Beloved life partner of the late Roberta "Bobbi" A. Bell, Dear sister of Robert (Judith) Garaguso, and the late John F. & his wife Helen Garaguso; Devoted aunt to James W. (Cheryl-Ann) Garaguso, Robert J. Garaguso, Cherished aunt in law of Lisa; Loving great aunt of Robert N., Alexa Rose & James Stephen; Also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Prior to retirement, Elaine worked for 34 years as a teacher for the city of Camden's Public Schools. Relatives & Friends are invited to the Visitation & Funeral on Wednesday from 10 to 11 AM at Falco CARUSO & Leonard Funeral Home 6600 N. Browning RD in Pennsauken. A Memorial  Service will be celebrated at 11 AM.  Burial of cremains at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill.
