I had the pleasure of work with Perry in the Palestra at the Univ. of Penn for a special occasion and they were, if I remember correctly, they offered wine (which I believe had not been allowed for a number of years. Perry and I were located on the court level in a room and checked IDs and placed wristbands on those who were of age. I mention this as the first time Perry and I worked together, I was fixed on how Perry spoke. He had a voice (as was mentioned in his obituary) that had you wanting him to continue. I believe (with the utmost respect and admiration of 15 years working with him) he could talk about a wet sock, and make it interesting. I'll miss my Brother.

I was blessed to have worked with Perry from 2001 to 2008 while investigating music piracy cases in the Philadelphia area. Perry's skill as an investigator along with his pleasant character and great laugh made him an integral part of the RIAA investigative team.
Perry will be deeply missed. My sympathy to his family and many friends for the sudden loss of a friend and great man. Rest in Peace Perry.

My deepest condolences to Sarah and his family, you all have lost a truly great man. Perry and I worked together at RIAA as investigators for several years. Perry was the consummate investigator as well as a very well liked colleague to everyone on our team.

I met Perry in 2003. We worked together as investigators with the Recording Industry. He was always upbeat and a heck of an investigator. He was a wonderful man and we spoke very often up until two days before he passed. When he needed assistance on some investigative work, we often "teamed up". I am going to miss him very much. I consider him a good friend and I am so sorry for his wife and family along with the many friends he has had maintained for many, many years. Rest in Peace my friend, you will be sadly missed.
