Obituary of Raul Alfredo Galindez-Diaz

Raul A. Galindez-Diaz "Pipo", age 48 of Camden, New Jersey gained his wings on October 1 at Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia.  He was born in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico on March 25, 1976.

He is the cherished son of Dolores Diaz and beloved husband of Vivian Lopez; devoted father of Jose Agron, Fabeon Galindez, Nyazia Trinidad, Raul Galindez Jr., Raul Galindez III, Nevaeh Galindez, Caleb Galindez and the late Carlos Galindez; loving grandfather of Malachi, Nova Mai and Aliana Lynn; dear brother of Maria, Sonia, Luz, Jose, Gladys, Steven, Jerry, Merie, Izzy, Danny, Junior, Adela, Elsie, Gina, Kain, Melody, Tina and Mita.

Pipo enjoyed all sports, especially 49ers football and Phillies baseball.  He also enjoyed cooking, playing spades and dominoes, riding motorcycles and ATV's, and most of all, spending quality time with his family and bringing smiles and laughter to everyone.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Sunday, October 6, 2024 from 6 to 8 PM and Monday, October 7 from 11 AM to Noon at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at Noon.  Interment will follow at Morgan Cemetery in Cinnaminson.

Pipo was a die-hard San Francisco 49ers fan. At the request of the family and to honor his love of the sport, we welcome all guests to attend the services in any NFL attire as he would have wanted.
