Obituary of Miguel Angel Acevedo

Miguel Angel Acevedo, age 76 of Camden, formerly of Puerto Rico, passed away on October 17, 2024 at Riverfront Nursing and Rehab Center in Pennsauken.  He was born on July 26, 1948 in Lares, Puerto Rico to the late Miguel Acevedo and Arcelia Santiago.

Devoted father of Carmen Acevedo (Miguel Rubert), Maria Acevedo (Manuel Corujo), Angel Acevedo, Jose Acevedo (Stacy Roman), Sharont Acevedo (Francisco Marrero), Josue Acevedo (Suheil Augusto), Jaime Acevedo (Kayla Melendez) and the late Maria De Los Angeles Acevedo; Loving grandfather of 14 and great grandfather of 2.  Dear brother of Maria Acevedo, Mercedes Acevedo, Luz Acevedo, Edwin Acevedo and the late Juan and Jose Acevedo.  He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Miguel worked for many years farming with his dad in Puerto Rico.  He also enjoyed tending to his garden.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road on Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 10:00 - 10:15 AM to process over to Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill, where a graveside service will be held at 10:30 AM.
