Obituary of Julia D. Cream

Julia D. Cream (nee Tabron), age 83 years of Camden, formerly of Wilson, NC, passed away peacefully on November 14, 2024.

Julia was born on February 1, 1941 in Wilson, NC to the late William and Myrtie Tabron (nee Jones). Beloved wife of the late Rev. E. Vincent Cream. Devoted mother of Vincent Cream (Ver'Neen), William Cream (Janelle), Carlos Cream (Margeau), and Christopher Cream. Loving grandmother of Vincent, Amber, Mariah, Myles, Jordan, Jonas, Julia, William, Kyra, Cassidy, and Hannah and great grandmother of Amaya, Mekhi, Logan, and Jabari. Dear sister of Pat Bates and sister in law of Ruth Cream. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her father in law, "Jersey Joe Walcott" Arnold Cream and mother in law Lydia Cream.

Julia, affectionately known to many as Miss Judy, worked for many years at the Woodbury Child Development Center as well as a lunch aide at the Forest Hill Elementary School in Camden. In addition to being a homemaker and raising her own children, she loved working with other children. She also worked for Campbell Soup and was formerly the First Lady of the Bethlehem Baptist Church. Miss Judy was very handy woman and could do just about anything, including painting and building things. In her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting and gardening. Miss Judy will missed by all who had the pleasure to know her.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation & Funeral on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 from 9-11 AM at the Macedonia Baptist Church, 351 High Street in Westville, where a Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in Pennsauken. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Macedonia Baptist Church at the address above OR to the Alzheimer's Association, 399 Market Street Suite 250, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
