Obituary of Alice L. Syms
Alice L. Syms, age 76 years of Camden, passed away on January 22, 2025.
Alice was born on May 21, 1948 to the late Oscar and Alice Syms. Predeceased by her grandmother, Lanavia Slaughter. Devoted mother of McKinley Syms, Keenan Syms, and Kyle Syms. Loving grandmother of Vanessa Syms, Serenity Syms, Keenan Syms, and Kaleb Syms. Dear sister of Amber Syms and the late Edward Syms, Ronald Wright, and Oscar Syms. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Alice enjoyed watching movies, playing pokeno and reading, especially Stephen King books. She loved cooking, eating and going out to restaurants. Alice was well known for her cream of wheat, friends and family were always asking her to make them a dish. Alice will be missed by all who had the pleasure to know her.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation & Funeral on Saturday, February 1, 2025 from 9-11 AM at the Falco, Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM. Interment to follow.
