Bennie (Karen).  Also survived by mother in law, Tilda J. LaMaina (the late Vito), sister in law, Linda Carlino, many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends. Prior to retirement, Mrs. LaMaina was employed as a Special Education Teacher with the Pennsauken School District for 27 years.  She was focused on her family, friends and her calling as a teacher and considered her students her "kids". Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Friday from 9-10:45 AM at the Catholic Church of St. Mary, 2001 Springdale Rd in Cherry Hill, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM.  Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill.  In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, 1851 Old Cuthbert Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.
