Ortiz passed away on February 15, 2013 of Philadelphia, PA.  Age 50 years.  Beloved daughter of Juan Antonio Ortiz and Anna Valle-Ortiz.  Loving wife of Luis.  Devoted mother of Diana Tapia, Anabel Tapia, Luis Tapia and Erick Tapia.  Loving grandmother of Precilla, Natalia, Juliana, David, Luis, Liz-Marie, Alexandra, Lyla, Yariely and Jose.    Dear sister of Marcial Mateo, Roberto Valle III, Zulma Valle, Gilberto Valle and Laura Ortiz.  Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.  Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Tuesday from 7-9 PM and Wednesday from 9:30-10:30 AM at the Falco/CARUSO & Leonard Camden Funeral Home, 3425 River Road.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednsday at 11 AM at the Church of St. Anthony of Padua, 28th Street and River Road in Camden.  Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill.
