Frank was one of the sweetest guys I knew in junior high and high school. We were "boyfriend" and "girlfriend" in 9th grade. He was so handsome and so funny. I had a huge crush on him for years. I will always have a special place in my heart for Frank. I saw him once or twice after high school and I am sorry that we didn't keep in touch so that I could have told him what a wonderful person he was. I send my deepest condolences to his family.
