Ortiz passed suddenly on May 3, 2014; Beloved husband of Olfa Ortiz; Devoted father of Jose (Marcie) Gonzalez, and Maria Gonzalez; Cherished grandfather of Eddie, Stephanie, Heather & Jeffrey; Dear brother of Andres, Ramon, Elijio, Sara & Elijas; Loving son of Higinia; Caring uncle to Ramon, Marilyn, Migalia, Naomi, Ruth, Ernie, David, Susie, Lizzie, Linda, Yvette, Tina, Lynn & Michael and also  survived  by many cousins & friends.  Prior to retirement, Santos worked at Woodrow Wilson High School as a School Security Police Officer and also  spent many years coaching the  high school baseball team. Santos was a champion bowler & introduced the 1st Hispanic Bowling League, he was most recently a part of the "Golden Age Bowling League." Relatives & Friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Thursday  from 8:30 to 10:30 AM at St. Joseph Pro Cathedral Church 2907 Federal St in Camden.  A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM. Entombment Calvary Mausoleum in Cherry Hill. In lieu of flowers,  please make donations in Santos' name to the San Juan Bautista Parade- Woodrow Wilson H/S Deserving Hispanic Senior Scholarship:  P.O. Box 2908 Camden, NJ 08101.
