Beloved husband of Olga Rivera; Devoted father of Juan Perez, Mildred (Victor) Pujols, and Maribel Rivera (Morris); Loving grandfather of Priscilla, Dear brother of Milagros, Anna, Victor, Maria Antonia, Ramonita and the late Teresa; Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Mr. Perez was employed in construction for many years, and was well known in the neighborhood for his handiwork.
