Great husband of 25 years to Elba Feliciano-Perez; Devoted father to Raquel, Salvador, Julia, Michelle and Vanessa; Loving grandfather to 16 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Prior to his retirement, Isreal worked at Donald B. Kelly Drums in Camden for 17 years.  He had a passion for wood work, love of music and gardening.  Through his love of wood, he has left many memorable works of art. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Thursday from 7 to 9 PM and Friday from 9 AM at St. Joseph's Pro Cathedral, 2907 Federal Street in Camden, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM.  Burial will be celebrated at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill, where PAPI will be laid to rest.  Arrangements under the direction of Falco/Caruso & Leonard Funeral Homes.  Info, condolences and guestbook at www.carusocare.com
