Beloved husband of Barbara Jean (nee Buffetta); Devoted father of Michael, Richard (Tracy) and Jennifer; Loving grandfather of Alissia; Dear brother of Paul, Jerry, Joseph, Sally and the late Mary and Jim; Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Mr. Phillips was a volunteer fireman and chairman of the trustees for many years with the Erlton Fire Company #1 in Cherry Hill. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Wednesday from 7 to 9 PM and Thursday from 8:30 to 9:30 AM at the Falco/CARUSO and Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 North Browning Road.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM at the Church of St. Peter, 43 West Maple Avenue in Merchantville.  Interment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park in Cinnaminson. The family requests memorial donations be made in his name in lieu of flowers to the American Cancer Society, 1851 Old Cuthbert Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.
