I have worked for Dave going on five years. As long as i have known him and worked for him he was nothing but kind. He was a very kind hearted and generous man with an open heart. He always helped people who needed it and was there to support employees who needed it. I am one who he has helped and I will never forget how no matter how little it was and I will always remember him and his caring and thoughtfulness years to come.

We were very sad upon hearing of Dave's passing. He was a remarkable man, a great guy to be around and a man who loved McDonald's, his family and RMHC. He will be sorely missed. What can you say about a great man. After i worked for Dave i use to see him and we would sit and talk about baseball. He would always ask about my family and always asked how Steven was doing.
