Walter, Sr. passed away on April 18, 2011 of Pennsauken formerly of Cramer Hill.  Age 52 years.  Beloved husband of Faith (nee White).  Devoted father of Gilbert T. Jr. (Kelsey) and Jillian.  Loving grandfather of Gilbert T. III.  Loving son of Gilbert C. and Mary (nee Ritti).  Dear brother of Michael (Anna Martz) and James (Toni).  Dear son in law of Lavinia White and longtime and dear friend of Edward Herda, Robert Dale, Edward Ulrich and many others too numerous to mention.  Also survived by his faithful companion Spike.  Prior to retirement in 2007, Mr. Walter was employed at Dietz Roofing in Maple Shade for 15 years and was a member of Roofers Local 30 in Philadelphia for 28 years.  He was an avid sportsman, enjoying fishing, hunting, golfing, softball and coaching PYAA baseball and football for many years, proudly known to many as "Coach Gil".  Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Monday from 7-9 PM and Tuesday from 9-10 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Rd.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM at the Church of St. Stephen, 6300 Browning Rd in Pennsauken.  Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill.
