Dear Kathy and Johnny, We know you shall see your brother face to face one day. He has his room ready and he is with Jesus. I and Ed will pray for the family and both of you during the holidays. We will always remember Mike as a bright spot in or church family. His warm nature and kind eyes always made chatting with him encouraging. As a fellow adoptive parent we admire his willingness to extend himself and experience all God does in such an arrangement. We will miss him. We are saddened by his sudden departure from this earth and heartbroken for the boys and Rebecca. We have been, and will continue to, pray for them daily.

I am so saddened to hear about the passing of Mike, but I am rejoicing that he has crossed the finish line and is with God in heaven. Although he has left us physically, he will always be remembered for his generous heart. May God comfort you all.
