Adeliada Hernandez, of Camden, passed away at her residence on July 8, 2015 at 76 years; Devoted mother of Israel Gonzalez, Haydee Gonzalez & Ismael Natal; Loving grandmother and great grandmother of many and cherished sister to her dear siblings. Adeliada enjoyed watching movies, donating to churches and helping those in need whenever she could. She will be forever loved and missed by her family. Relatives & friends are invited to Visitation & Funeral on Tuesday from 9 to 11 AM at the Falco CARUSO & Leonard Funeral Home 3425 River Road in Camden. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at 11 AM.
