In memory of Jim. I was shocked and very saddened to learn of his sudden passing. He and I shared numerous phone conversations and many emails while at The Home and Zurich. I cherish the friendship we had and the support we were able to give one another. He was a great person with a big heart and big shoulders in his support and caring of Cathy during her illness. I know he received some peace and comfort when he met Candace. My condolances to the family. I will miss him. God bless him., Hans
Dear family of James Shiflet : I am sorry to hear that you lost your dear fiancé and father. Losing a loved one in death is one is one of the hardest things that anyone will ever have to deal with. We have a great hope for the future because God promises to bring those we lost to life by means of a resurrection to a paradise earth, where sickness and death will be no more. I hope this brief Bible message will bring you a measure of comfort in this difficult time.
Candace, It seems like yesterday that you and Jim sat at our table at Masso's in May. Your smiles, your love and devotion to each other was apparent. I am so sorry for your loss.
