To the Cappelli family: My sincere condolences on the passing of Lou. I have such fond memories of him growing up as my Dad (Victor) spent many years working alongside him at Triton. I remember every time we'd see Lou he'd have a big smile on his face, enjoying life and work, and always a warm and sincere greeting and sunny disposition. I am sure his joy of life and his work, and dedication to and love of his family will live on eternally in all of you.

Although I never had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Cappelli, Sr., I have known his son Lou for many a year. Thus, after reading the obituary I was not surprised to learn what a wonderful, honorable, decent man and father he was. What struck me the most was his picture with the same beautiful, caring and loving, positive smile that I always see on his son's face. Same exact smile. The apple has not fallen far from the tree! Both father and son obviously are driven to serve the community and help those who can not help themselves! As the Hebrews say, "May G-D bless you and keep you. And may you rest in eternal peace". G-D speed!

Dear Pat, I hope you remember me from our Sally shops days. I'm so sorry for your loss. Lou was a great person who left his mark on many young lives. He was my brother's track coach in Moorestown and Joe remembers him with respect and fondness. May his memory be a blessing to you and your family.

What a special person Mr. Cappelli was....This is how I always will remember him...... I remember how excited I was and how terrified he was, opening night. When he came out of the pit, the place went nuts! His hands were shaking and sweaty, but as he started to sing, "Hello Dolly. Well, Hello Dolly..." He relaxed and I could tell he was loving it! Told me, years later, it was the first, and last time, he'd ever done anything like that. Over the years when I would see him around, he'd introduce me as His "Dolly".What an Honor to share the stage with him.He put himself out there, for the school and Me, because that's the kind of guy he was. It will always be a treasured memory to me. He will always be my one and only "Louie".
