Obituary of Maritza Lopez

Maritza Lopez, age 49 of Stratford, formerly of Camden, passed away on November 16, 2015 at her home. Beloved wife of Jose W. Lopez. Devoted mother of Adelaida Trusty (Julius), Gabriel Torres, Jr. (Cassandra) and Iris Torres (Fernando). Loving grandmother of 5. Cherished daughter of Juan and Angelina Perez. Dear sister of Jose, Luis, Carlos, Tim, Edwin, Carmen and Evette. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Prior to her illness, Maritza was employed at Food Sciences Corporation in Mt. Laurel. She was an active member of 27th Street Revival Center in Camden, where she participated in Bible Study (Family Small Groups), Woman's Ministry and the Food Pantry to name a few. Maritza enjoyed sharing her faith and speaking at different churches with her husband. She also liked to travel and be adventurous. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Friday from 6-9 PM and Saturday from 9-9:30 AM at the 27th Street Revival Center, 130 N. 27th in Camden, where a Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 9:30 AM. Interment will follow at Arlington Cemetery in Pennsauken.
