Obituary of Dennis Armento

Dennis J. Armento "Denny", age 66, of Cherry Hill and Ventnor, New Jersey, left this Earth on Thursday, May 26, 2016, though not without putting up a Fight and with a Zest for Life. He was surrounded by his Loving Family and So Many, Many Friends who were there with Denny til the End. He was predeceased by his adoring Parents, John and Pat Armento. He leaves behind his family, his many friends, his many students, and his legacy. He is survived by his Son David H. Armento, and his daughter in law, Kate. His Daughter, Maria H, Ross, and his son-in-law, Edward. His adoring grandchildren to which he was affectionately known as "Popi", Patrick, Aiden, Evangeline, and Zoey all of whom held a special place in his heart. His beloved Brothers, Michael and Tommy, and his Sisters in Law, Pam and Mary Grace, all of whom were his support until the end. His adoring nephews, Richard, Michael, Anthony, Nick, Gabe and his adoring niece, Isabella, all to which he was known as Uncle Den. His devotion to his family and especially his grandchildren was unsurpassed. Dennis was a life long Educator and Mentor to many students. Beginning with the Archway School and then finally at Pennsauken High School. He was a foster parent, a Helping Hand, and a Listening Ear to Everyone. His Zest for life never stopped. He had so many life long friends from high school and college, to the disco floor, to the beach in Ventnor, a Friday Happy Hour or his many Halloween Parties throughout the Years.
