My deepest condolences to the entire Robert Kelly Family. I was shocked and dismayed at his passing. I have known Bob since the early 80's from the NJ State Association of County Engineers (NJSACE). He and I went through the officer chairs together in the late 80's. He was a friend and colleague for over 3 decades. HIs dedication, service, and professionalism to this Country and to Camden County was of the highest order. He was instrumental in developing the annual Fall Forum of the NJSACE which still continues today. This year it will be held at Rutgers on October 21st. He will be sorely missed and his legacy will endure. Rest in Pease my friend. You are in The Lord's Kingdom now.
