I'm so very sorry to hear this very sad news.
I worked with Betty for my first year at ARI. I thought she was such a pleasure to work with and will miss her dearly.
She always brought a smile to the office.
I'm no longer at ARI and was just informed.
Betty always spoke highly of her family.
May her memory always be for a blessing.

My prayers are will all of your family during this sad time, it is always hard to let go. I had the pleasure of working with Betty for a few years and she kept us laughing during that time. I will always remember her pretty nails and the different colors she would paint them. She was a good lady!

We first met Betty a few years ago when we brought our two small children to visit betty's son Tommy and Clayton. We adopted the children and Betty would always write really kind things which gave us much support. We came in August and the area was having a heatwave,it was 100 degrees and tommy was taking us and Dylan to digger land and then to Wildwood. Betty prepared us a feast in a cooler box with drinks and everything we needed which was just so kind. Betty welcomed us into her home and made us feel so so welcome. We made some wonderful memories that year. We also came without the children this past August. We came to visit Betty who had just been discharged from hospital and again even though she was so.poorly in bed she insisted we went into her bedroom and she made the effort to sit up and chat which we really appreciated. We didn't stay long but I'm so glad we got to see Betty again. Betty will be so sadly missed and even though we only met a couple of times she touched my heart.

Heaven gained another Angel, Betty (Betty-Boop) You were a spit fire and full of life, someone who didn't care what people thought. The memories I have range from being a young child to a grown adult... Our families together at Firehouse functions,(Picnics-carnivals- Easter flower sales, hoagie sales, softball games, P2 parties, Dart leagues and everyone gathering every weekend during the summer for pool parties.. POOL PARTIES... where the backyard would be covered in pudding from pudding fights and you running in to grab more towels because 20-30 towels ended up in the pool along with whoever had it on. Then there was the Wildwood Fireman's Convention's where we crammed everyone in one cottage room playing CADD and then moving into the hotel in the following years. These Memories are ENDLESS and you my friend will be GREATLY MISSED. I am going to miss you, your laugh, your carefree attitude and you calling Elmer ASSHOLE. Anyone who really knew you knows you kept it real, you were you take it or leave it and if they didn't like it (in your words "There's the Door")
Thank you for many, many, many years of FRIENSHIP! Ohana means family and that is exactly what you were!! I love you and until we meet again my friend keep it real up there and Give my Dad the biggest hug and kiss for me and tell him that I love hi, and also tell NAN I still hate the Cowboys!!!
