Husband of the late Brittany (nee Wray); Devoted and loving father of Liz "Buddy", Sam "Minnie" and Gia "Little Mouse"; Dear son of William and Frances (nee Tyminski) Ruff and dear brother of Susan Barlow. Bill was employed as a sheriff's officer with the Camden County Sheriff's Department for over 20 years. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Saturday from Noon at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 North Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at 2 PM.  Interment services will take place privately.
